Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the conference.
- Full refunds (minus a $95 processing fee) are available if cancellation is received before February 2, 2010
- No cancellations can be accepted after February 1, 2010, but voucher will be issued for attendance at a future Arrowhead event
